

I have explored, experienced and researched the effects and power of music and movement. I present in my work a passion for what so many living traditions and cultures have always known: sound, breath, voice, rhythm and movement are innate and integral to our existence.
The connection to these elements can invigorate the physical system, balance the emotional and organize the intellectual. All of these areas are used in our personal, spiritual and professional lives. Learning to open up and flow more easily in these areas is critical to our continued growth.
I have a passion for teaching and using my art to not only develop skills but also create awareness, trust, respect, confidence, support and playfulness. My classes emphasize these qualities as well as using the power of the work to channel emotions and facilitate healing processes.
I am committed to broadening the understanding of the
therapeutic value, creative expression and the healing power of rhythm, movement
and voice. I have dedicated myself to exploring the interplay of these paths
and to making them accessible to all. I believe that these elements are the
building blocks of the world we live in and contain insight into each one
of us. By exploring rhythm, movement, and voice independently and in a group
setting we can discover deeper parts of ourselves and come to understand our
