I have experienced and researched the effects and power of movement, sound, breath, awareness and witnessing practices. I present in my work a passion for the continuous possibility of how we can live fully embodied lives in this ever changing world and how we can move beyond conditioned patterns that limit us simply through cultivating a practice of awareness and questioning. I create exercises from the rich resource of experience I have had teaching for almost 2 decades and the knowledge that breath, voice, rhythm, movement, thoughts and emotions are innate and integral to our existence.

All of these aspects are used in our personal, spiritual and professional lives. Learning to open up and flow more easily in these areas is critical to our continued growth.

I have a passion for teaching that helps create awareness, trust, respect, confidence, support and playfulness. My workshops emphasize these qualities as well as using the power of the work to gently refine thought patterns, channel emotions and facilitate personal growth processes. I believe all of life is a laboratory & I practice questions without expectation of answers. That the questions are the journey even while living within my sense of personality and opinions. I notice what I notice and delight in the blessing and challenge of me. A practice of witnessing and compassion.

I am committed to broadening my understanding of this work & have dedicated myself to exploring the interplay of mind, body & spirit in this complicated world of 'being human'. I believe this is fundamental to the world we live in & contains insight into each of us. I believe that when we move beyond conditioned patterns we can listen to our own wisdom, connected to others & the world.

Truly listening to our personal wisdom and meeting it with curiosity can help facilitate deeper learning into your own experience of body, mind and spirit and living a fully embodied life.
